Greenspits and Fixe together again at the Fête du Spit

- Categories : News

The fifth edition of the Fête du Spit, organized by the Greenspits Association, took place in the Valley of Ubaye, in the Alps of Haute Provence (France), between September 25 and 27. Fixe has also collaborated for another year as one of the main sponsors of the event, making the brand's material available to all assistants so that it could be tested on the walls of the whole area. Since 2015, La Fête du Spit has brought together all climbing and mountain lovers in an annual event. In this event various informative workshops were organized like for example : route equipment, climbing techniques, conservation and environmental sustainability, yoga and functional mobility and so on. In the 2020 edition, Fixe advanced what will be its new range of anchors for industry and climbing, which will be released in December. The range has been completely renewed, with new geometries, manufacturing processes and materials. The leading product of the new range of anchors will be the Fixe1 Hanger with a complete redesign that makes it lighter, stronger and more reliable. The presence of Fixe on the Fête du Spit is a clear commitment to consolidate the presence of the brand in international markets, where more and more climbers  get to know and trust one of the reference companies in the manufacture of anchors and climbing ropes, in addition to the famous Alien Cams. Fixe is in agreement with the values that Greenspits has always defended, such as the protection of the environment and the sustainable development of climbing. The collaboration with this French association goes beyond specific events and our desire is to work long term, that is to say going hand in hand in future initiatives.
